Welcome to Equity Pure Water. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and Z-NERGY LLC, which operates the Equity Pure Water brand ("Z-NERGY," "Equity Pure Water," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, submitting a form, requesting a water test, purchasing or leasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Us & Definitions

Equity Pure Water provides whole-home water treatment products and related services to residential and commercial customers, primarily in Central Florida. Throughout these Terms:

• "Services" means our water testing, product sales, leasing, installation, maintenance, salt/consumable delivery, and any related services we provide.
• "Products" means the water treatment, softening, filtration, and purification systems and accessories we sell, lease, or install.
• "Website" means equitypurewater.com and any associated pages, forms, or chat tools we operate.

Our Services

Depending on your location and needs, our Services may include: in-home or on-site water testing; recommendation and sale or lease of water treatment systems; professional installation; ongoing maintenance and service; and delivery of salt or other consumables.

Descriptions, images, and specifications on our Website are provided for general information. Actual products, configurations, and results depend on your water conditions, home, and the assessment performed by our technician. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse any Service or Product at our discretion.

Free Water Test & Consultations

We may offer a complimentary water test and/or consultation. Where offered, the water test is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase.

• You must be the property owner or authorized occupant and provide safe access to your water source and installation areas.
• Appointments are scheduled subject to availability and may be rescheduled by either party.
• A water test is a general assessment and is not a substitute for certified laboratory analysis or a regulatory water-quality determination.

Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Prices depend on the capacity, technology, and installation requirements specific to your home, and are typically provided after an assessment. Any quote is an estimate valid only for the period stated in the quote and may change if site conditions differ from those assessed.

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes and permit fees unless the quote says otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods and any deposit, balance, or lease terms will be set out in your written quote, invoice, or purchase/lease agreement.
• If any conflict exists between these Terms and a signed purchase, lease, or financing agreement, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.

Financing

We may offer financing options, including "$0 down" plans, arranged through independent third-party lenders and financing partners. Equity Pure Water is not a lender.

Installation & Your Responsibilities

Where installation is included, our technicians will connect the system to your water supply, drain, and (where applicable) brine tank. To allow us to perform the work safely and correctly, you agree to:

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation area and water/electrical/drain connections;
• Disclose known issues with your plumbing, electrical, or water systems;
• Obtain any HOA or landlord approvals required for your property; and
• Ensure the installation location meets basic space, power, and drainage requirements.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or defects in your home's plumbing or electrical systems, or for delays caused by conditions outside our reasonable control.

Warranties

Products may be covered by a limited warranty and/or a manufacturer's warranty. The specific coverage, duration, conditions, and exclusions that apply to your Product are set out in the written warranty documentation provided with your purchase or lease, which governs your warranty rights.

• Any "lifetime" or extended warranty is subject to the terms, registration requirements, and exclusions stated in that warranty documentation.
• Warranties generally do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or repair, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or use outside the Product's rated specifications.
• Consumable items (such as salt, filters, or media) and normal wear may be excluded.

Product Performance & Health Disclaimer

Water treatment results vary based on your source water, usage, maintenance, and home conditions. We do not guarantee any specific reduction level, savings amount, or outcome for your particular home unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Any product certifications (for example, EPA, NSF/ANSI, or similar) referenced in connection with a Product reflect testing and certification of the applicable manufacturer or standards body for the tested contaminants and models, as described in that certification. Certifications apply to the specific claims and models certified and should not be read more broadly.

Communications & Messaging Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry and our Services by phone, email, SMS/text message, and messaging apps such as WhatsApp.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
• Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
